Affiliate and individual membership requests are addressed on a case by case basis.
Are You Eligible?

Have you left university as an academic or a student, which means you are no longer covered by the university's program membership, but still have a continuing interest in health services management?

Are you an industry organisation that is interested in the application of health services management or supporting health services management research?
If you answered "yes" to either one of the above questions, then you might wish to consider individual or affiliate SHAPE membership.
Individual membership may be available to individuals with appropriate qualifications and experience who support SHAPE objectives.
Affiliate membership may be available to organisations which are not eligible for full program membership, but which support SHAPE objectives. Each approved affiliate member may nominate a person to represent it at meetings.

The SHAPE symposium will provide you with the opportunity to network with many of the Asia-Pacific's leading academics in the area of health service management and learn about current education and health services management research.
Affiliate organisations will also have the opportunity to form partnerships with individual researchers.
